INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4-5 oz. each)
4 fresh or canned pineapple rings, about 1/4-inch
thick
¼ cup prepared teriyaki marinade or sauce
3 tablespoons low-fat yogurt or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled ginger or 1/2
tsp. grated fresh or dry ground ginger
4 Sara Lee® White Hamburger Buns
4 lettuce leaves
PREPARATION
With palm of your hand or a mallet, flatten chicken
to 3/4" thickness.
Place chicken and pineapple in a shallow dish and
coat with marinade. Marinate 5-10 minutes.
Combine yogurt or mayonnaise and ginger. Set
aside.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to high heat. Grill chicken
in covered grill for 5 minutes; turn, brush with
additional marinade and cook 5 minutes or until
160°F in center and tests done. Grill pineapple
slices 3 minutes, turning once.
Split buns and grill 1-2 minutes. In each bun,
sandwich chicken, a spoonful of ginger sauce, a
pineapple slice and a lettuce leaf. Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS
2 slices Sara Lee® Soft & Smooth® White Bread
Made with Whole Grain
1 slice of Sara Lee® Mild Cheddar cheese
1 slice of Sara Lee® Colby cheese
1 slice of Sara Lee® Provolone or white American
cheese
Low-fat cooking spray
PREPARATION
Spray low-fat cooking spray in pan. Place one slice
of bread in pan. Place all cheese inside both pieces
of bread. Place sandwich in frying pan heat on high,
3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Spray
pan again with low-fat cooking spray just before
flipping. Cover pan for the last minute to melt the
cheese.

PREPARATION
Place slices of Hillshire Farm® Ultra Thin Rotisserie
Seasoned Chicken Breast on bottom slice of Sara
Lee® Soft & Smooth® bread. Top with grated
cheese, shredded lettuce, fat-free salsa, and final
slice of bread.

4 Sara Lee® White Hot Dog Buns Made with
Whole Grain
4 Ballpark Franks, any variety
1 cup finely shredded lettuce
½ cup prepared salsa
½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack
cheese
PREPARATION
Toast buns. Heat hot dogs in microwave or on
grill.
Arrange 1/4 cup of lettuce evenly on each bun.
Place a warm hot dog on top of lettuce.
Spoon 2 tablespoons salsa along sides of each
hot dog. Top with 2 tablespoons black beans and
2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
